The challenge is on: take one wrinkle ridden, overweight, sad sack, with bad teeth; and transform them into the person they deserve to be. They will be pushed, pulled, drilled, styled, cajoled and coerced into doing everything they need to look 10 years younger, with the help of an expert team of dentists, stylists and fitness trainers, and under the judging eye of a discerning public.

Our team of experts boosted Estelle Bell's confidence and showed Nikki Hall she could still look and feel young without having to dress like her daughters. One year on, we visit the two women too see how they're doing. Have old habits re-surfaced?

By the time the 10 Years Younger team were finished Debbie Vercoe and Heather Frederick were stripped of their outdated wardrobe and granny hair and had lost a combined total of 28 years. But how do these two women look one year on? Fiona McDonald catches up with them to find out.

Episode 1

Ten Years Younger, think you've seen it all before? Well think again! This time take a couple whose personal grooming has gone out the window and add two teams of style experts competing to knock the most years off only ten days. But judging by how far country vet Geoff and his partner Rhonda have let themselves go, that will be easier said than done!

Episode 2

Al and Tracy still behave like two love struck teenagers, but it's obvious their appearance has taken a beating. They living proof that looking after children really does cause premature aging! Two teams of experts take up the challenge to turn back time.

Episode 3

This time the teams take on best friends Michelle and Carolyn who feel judged by their appearance. Despite losing 20 kgs each they still feel short changed in the looks department but we know there's a couple of swans hiding in there somewhere!

Episode 4

The boys team go 'head to head' with the girls team to peel the years off country couple Brian and Michelle, and tackle terminal scruffiness, premature ageing, and an addiction to supermarket hair dye and nicotine!

Episode 5

The historic town of Helensville sure is stuck in the past, but the oldest things in this town could be Donna and Phil. Donna and Phil are a dedicated couple – dedicated to drinking, smoking and blobbing out, which explains why their daughter Carla now has parents who look more like her grandparents

For aging rockers Jann and Bruce, music holds the secret of eternal youth, but running rings around their huge family has taken it's toll. These days, they're more rocking chair than rock'n'roll! Two teams of experts battle it out for a standing ovation.

Episode 7

You don't need a crystal ball to see Leanne and Richard's future and it ain't pretty. The effects of gravity and an aversion to exercise have certainly taken their toll. This time it's the 'natural approach' against 'the needle' to try to strip away the most years.

Thames teachers Julianne and Craig look as tired and worn as the school furniture and look the definition of old school! Now it's crunch time as two teams of experts experiment to knock the most years off in only ten days.
